Share one saved group invitation. Each phone opens its camera page, allows camera access, and sends. Available slots fill automatically; saved phones can return to their group.
Set up inputs ↗Use Preview and Program to switch angles. Build an equal split or picture-in-picture. Add a name, logo or video. Choose camera audio or a separate master input.
Build a live mix ↗Publish to your channel or configure up to three relay destinations. Connect supported platform stream URLs and keys, then verify each destination before your show.
Set destinations ↗Prepare flyers, pictures and narrated announcements for your next Sunday. Save them to the selected service and your library. Server broadcast recording is currently off; prepared library assets remain available.
Manage your videos ↗A SHOW HAS MORE THAN ONE MOVING PART.
Phone invitations, webcam and USB capture, screens, video files, and supported encoder streams. Keep source names and assignments in saved mixes.
NDI needs a receiver on your local network. Browser phone feeds currently use the internet relay; same Wi-Fi does not make them offline.
A proper Preview / Program workflow, transitions, picture-in-picture and equal split layouts. Graphics and audio controls live alongside the mix.
Keep the controller open for a browser-composed mix. Camera timing must be calibrated and tested on your actual devices.
Receive a supported encoder feed, route a mix through the relay, or go live to your own channel. Put the signal where your viewers already are.
External platforms require valid stream credentials and live access. One-click social account connection and all-destination acceptance are still being completed. Translation is capped and may contain errors.
Your own channels, saved recordings and video sharing, with an online editor for a new cut. Public videos can appear in the community feed.
The free pilot has 2 GB per account and a 250 MB file limit. Storage is intended for 14 days. Automatic deletion waits for a delivered warning; automatic external backup is not connected yet.
SMALL CREW. BIGGER PICTURE.
Bring in a guest camera, keep the conversation audio steady, and cue a name when it matters.
Build a saved camera group for rehearsals, performances and live events. Test the setup before the doors open.
Send from supported encoders such as OBS or vMix, receive NDI through the desktop receiver, and publish on your terms.
THE CREW BEHIND THE SHOW
A dedicated browser desk brings each show’s media, saved camera-and-slide presets and running order together. Switch authorized shows and load that show’s own library and rundown.
Keep pictures, logos, clips and created flyers close at hand. Invite the crew with a show link or QR code and give each person their own role.
Save Worship over a selected camera, choose the opacity, build picture-in-picture cues and arrange the rundown with notes and readiness.
Load prepared cues into Preview. An operator can grant a producer Preview access while keeping CUT, AUTO and Program under operator control.
Connected production PC and assigned show access required. Picture snapshots and command receipts are separate from actual camera, sound and destination-viewer acceptance.
YOUR FIRST SHOW STARTS HERE.
Start small. Make one clean connection, check the audio, then add your next angle.

BEFORE YOU HIT LIVE.
Stream Desk brings inputs, switching, graphics, relay delivery and video sharing into one connected workflow. It can also receive supported streams from your existing encoder. It is in pilot and is not yet a replacement for every advanced desktop production feature.
Yes. Use a saved group invitation in Input setup. Phones open the link, allow camera access and press Send. Slots are assigned automatically. Save the group and mix to reuse your setup; refresh the invitation when you want to revoke its previous link.
Not yet. Phone browser feeds pass through the internet relay, even on the same Wi-Fi. A stable shared network helps, but internet and device performance still matter. Check delays and calibrate the actual camera group before a live production.
A browser-created mix depends on its controller staying open. A separately running encoder can continue feeding the server without that screen. Server-based composition and full failover are still being completed.
You can configure supported stream URLs and keys for relay outputs. Platform eligibility and credentials are required. Verify each ingest and its actual viewer before a show; automatic account connection is still in preparation.
The Windows Console and Support Agent have exact publisher-signature receipts for named releases. Other companions need their own verification; do not assume that every executable is signed or Microsoft-certified. A browser cannot discover NDI by itself; a supported local companion is needed.
Yes: keep the live program in your channel library, send it to configured live destinations, and replay a saved file through the mixer. Download edited videos to upload to YouTube or Facebook. Automatic upload of saved videos is not available yet.
Server broadcast recording is currently disabled during the storage-limited pilot. Your prepared ministry and library assets remain available. Existing archives have not been deleted by this change; long-term archive capacity is a separate future service.
THE NEXT GREAT ANGLE MIGHT ALREADY BE IN YOUR POCKET.
